Tips for Reducing Glare

When you're driving at night, you might experience glare from the other vehicles on the road or from the lights on the sides of the road. One way to reduce glare while driving is to look toward the right side of the road. This is because the light from other cars is seen on your left side.

Your rearview mirror should have a night setting. You can easily adjust your mirror using a lever located at the bottom of the piece. This will make the lights of cars behind you appear dimmer while on the road. Anastos Motors can show you how to use this feature if you're unsure of where it's located.

Try not to use lights inside your vehicle while you're driving at night. Passengers should avoid using lights as well, such as those from mobile devices. This can be a distraction because of the glare that it causes.
